Field Tags don't function in Ticket was created by nico pusch

Good Morning,

i have a big Problem.

Some Fieldtags dont function in the Ticket template but in the invoice template.
as an example (first_name) dont show in the ticket template.

Why are these tags dont'd global?

Hello Nico

Please explain more details about the issue. Or better, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us exactly what we need to do to see the error

We will then try to understand what's the actual problem and find a solution

i have attached a picture.

These These Tags are shown in the Invoice PDF but not in the Ticket PDF.

Hello

Maybe it's because the data is not collected for each member? For this, could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Tell me ID of the registration record which we need to download ticket and see this error

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
