2 bugs and 2 suggestions :)

Hi Tuan,

Just some small things I picked up for what it is worth

1. Custom fields: When changing the order ie clicking on ‘order’ and then manually enter in the order – when you press the little disk to save the order it takes you the event list without saving the order. (bug ?)
2. Custom fields: When selecting the Event(s) for the custom fields it would be handy to see which category they belong to (maybe with in brackets?) as you might have the instance of having events with the same name but in different categories.
3. Title: I believe in most English speaking countries such Australia, England, USA it is very common to have a title field before first name. With title field I mean Ms, Mrs,Mr, Dr etc – it might be different depending on what the form is for. I tried to create a custom fields but with a custom field you can’t move above the standard fields
4. Captcha: The title doesn't seem to be OK and the realod image for the captch seems to be missing (bug?)
