Allow Event Registrants to submit a question was created by Annamarie Hessman
Greetings,
We have a number of educational events for the public that have a Q&A component. We would like to collect questions from the public during the registration process -- ideally in an organized form that an event manager can pull as a list.
The only way I can currently see to do this would be to create a custom field called "Questions" and assign it manually to the events that have Q&A, which would email the questions one by one as people register.
Is there a better way?
Thanks in advance.

Hello
That's the only option if you only use Events Booking. The other option is:
1. You use a Form extension to create A Form to collect answer for the questions you want
2. Edit the event, there is a parameter called Registration Complete URL. Enter URL of the form which you created above
In this case, after users complete registration for the event, they will be redirected to the form to answer the questions. This will help you manage questions and answer in a separate step/section, not everything inside Events Booking
