We do not support that option. You will have to handle it manually somehow.
What payment gateway you are using? If you use a payment gateway which supports payment refund (like Stripe, PayPal Pro ....), you can click on the registration record and on the edit screen, you should see a button to allow Refunding the payment from within administrator area of your site. Maybe it will save you sometime (instead of having to login to payment gateway, find the payment and refund)
