Reminder and cancellation for registration

Hi,

I have two questions:

• I only need one reminder for the registrants, not two: how to do?
• I don't find how to automatically cancel a registration when the client has cancelled its payment on PayPal or Stripe. Actually, the registration is set to "Pending".

Hi Robert

1. If so, you just need to setup Send First Reminder only. For Send Second Reminder, set it to 0

2. For that, Pending (no payment made) is expected behavior. These records actually not being counted as registrants in the system and not being shown on Registrants Management by default (infact, they are not registrants). To avoid confusing, you should go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Records config option to No to have these records hidden
