Problem with payment after switching Event Permissions

Hi Tuan,

I have made several categories wtih subcategories and events.
Yesterday I switched Registration Access of some events from public to Member
And als the categories from public to member.
Today I noticed that this caused problems with my payment module Mollie. It won't make connection and returns an error
So I switched the acces levels of the categories and the events all back to Public.
The problem persists.

I can order and pay all events that I didn't change but not the events that were switched to member and switched back to public.
I think the problem is in the categories because when I create a new categorie and assign the event to it it works fine.
I've cleared the cache.

Do I have to create all my categories again and how can I avoid this problem in the future?
I hope you can help.

Hi Elly

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to that event
- A member account (which has Member access level) which I can use to register for the event to see the error

I will then check to see what's causing the issue and guide you to correct it
