Hi Tuan,

I have installed Stripe Checkout, when I click process registration I see: "Please wait while redirecting to Stripe Checkout for processing payment..." however nothing happens. No popups or other windows? Any ideas what is wrong?

Hi David

There could be something wrong with API Key you are using or javascript conflict. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the page which we can register for the event and see that error

We will check to see what's the reason and guide you to check it further
