Show a list to the registrants who's is coming and who is not coming

Hi,

I have two questions about this. I searched everywhere (forum, manual) for an answer but I can't find it. But maybe I over looked...

I have created events where only registered users on the website can register for the event. I have two questions about that:
1. Is it possible to sign out instead of signing in?
2. Is it possible to show a list with who is participating and who is not?

Can you give me a hint if this is possible and where I have to configurate this?
