New Payment Gateway

I need to offer an additional "payment" option for my classes. I currently offer the Authorize.net option (which works flawlessly) and the offline option which I've changed the title to "Call us ASAP to arrange payment". I need an additional offline option to accommodate gift certificates we've already sold. What options are available? Is there a way to duplicate the offline payment gateway and use two versions of that gateway without conflict?
