Paypal Error

After checking with Paypal and my settings I am still getting the error code below;

I also tried it on another hist website and the same problem showed up. Please advice

From my experience, this issue causes by something from your PayPal account

Could you please try to change to use my PayPal account os.tuanpn@gmail.com for testing purpose? If it works, then it's a problem with your PayPal account

If it is still not working, it might there is a problem with the setting somehow. In this case, submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page which we can register for the event and see this error

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
