Integration with Community Builder is Fixed now was created by marcelke
Hello,
Whatever I try I just can't get the integration with CB working. While waiting for feedback from Tuan from Joomdonation I would like to solve this issue. Are there other users who have this problem? Maybe I am doing something wrong with the setting and can share your settings?
The settings I use are:
In EB:
Integration: CB
User registration integration: Yes
Tab Fields mapping: firstname, lastname, cb_city, cb_address, cb_address2, cb_phone, cb_fax, cb_state, cb_zipcode, cb_country, cb_company
In CB:
Namestyle: first and lastname
Registration: YES, independent.... .
All the fields from Fields mapping in EB are in CB with the same name.
If some one has any idea, help will be welcome.
Kind regards,
Marcel

Hello David.
I have the EB tab in CB (the plugin is installed). I use php 5.3., CB 1.3.1 and EB 1.3.1.
The problem is that when a new customer makes a booking in EB for the first time after the process registration I get a blank page (using multiple booking YES).
Tuan is looking into it.
Kind regards,
Marcel

Hi all !
I confirm this is an issue with the extension. The error only happens when you use multiple booking feature. If you don't use multiple booking feature, It will work fine .
I will have the fix for this issue with multiple booking feature before this time on tomorrow .
Thanks,
Tuan

Hi Marcel
It is more than the fix. The integration was improved to. Now all the basic fields (first name, last name, address.....) are stored in CB, too. In previous version, only first name, last name are stored back to CB profile .
Thanks,
Tuan

Replied by marcelke on topic One more issue with Integration Community Builder
Hello Tuan,
Thanks for the storing of the basic fields. That just what it also needed.
I noticed one more issue. Customer A makes a booking and makes a new one later on. When customer A you makes this new booking and fills in exactly the same data in all the fields as in the first booking it says: 'There are no events for processing checkout. Please choose events for your registration data'. You are redirected to the category-view and the basket is then empty.
It is correct that you can not make the booking but the notification should be different and the basket must be kept filled.
The notification should be something like: You are already registered with this username and or emailadress. Please [instruction how to handle].
Addition question: when you already have an acount in CB and you fill in the username and not the password and for example a different e-mailadres or phonenumber is the old data in CB overwritten?
Kind regards,
Marcel
