Hi
My questions is at the bottom after my preamble
I'm loving your Booking & Membership extensions. Their functionalities are great but it's lacking flexibility in the display of data, like in slideshows or accordions. A great solution for you is too create dynamic content for Yootheme Pro page builder elements, you could then use the elements to create your own displays.
Documentation and Developer documentations showing you how to define Sources is here
I'm working on two similar websites that use Booking & Membership and I think your Slideshow module might arrive too late for these projects. Hopefully the next projects, do you have any dates for it's launch? I saw this question from Chris
For these 2 projects I'm thinking of using Joomla Articles or Yootheme Zoo for the display of the events. A lot of the event data, descriptions, images, agendas, speakers, testimonials etc would be entered into Joomla/Zoo. I would then create the basic event in Booking with minimal info. I know this would mean a bit of double data entry but I would get the flexibility of display I require and the functionality of your extensions. I think possibly the only thing I would need to add to the Joomla/Yootheme layout is the buy buttons. We generally have only 10/15 events running, which repeat on a cycle.
Tuan, do you see any possible problems with this approach?
thanks
Roy

Hi Roy
Honestly, I haven't used Yootheme Pro page builder, so I don't know if I can build that integration, so something I don't have in mind for now
The slider module for Events Booking, I will have it available in next release. I'm hopping to release it sometime this week, even during this weekend
For your approach, If you are not worry about having to enter data in multiple places, I think it would be fine. However, there is also some limitation, for example, the system could not display dynamic information like Number of Registered users for an event... in Zoo, also, when the event is full, there would be no message to tell users that the event is full, the register button is sitll there (because it's static data which you entered into zoo)
So if it's possible, maybe you should still use Events Booking to display it's data if it's possible
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Roy
1) I use Yootheme Pro too and its a big wish of mine to have Events Booking integration to YT Pro dynamic Content. And it is support now.
Tuan you can see the duide to integration Here:
yootheme.com/support/yootheme-pro/joomla/developers-sources
2) Another possibility to make slideshow is "Smart Slider 3". Not as perfect an streamlined as YT Pro dynamic content, but better than nothing.

Hello
For now, we have a basic slider module available for Events Booking 3.13.0 eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/modules/events-slider
When customers use it and give suggestions for improvement, I will be happy to work on it

Hi Roy
You need to update your site to latest version 3.13.0 of Events Booking. The module is included in that latest version

For slider module, we only support that single layout (not like the upcoming events module)
