Registrants List was created by Tim Howell
I would like to modify the output table of the "Manage Registrants" menu link to remove some buttons on the toolbar and to add a column showing the event date - where do I need to be looking to amend the code/settings/views?

Hi Tim
1. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Show Event Date config option to Yes and event date will be shown there without having to modify code
2. What buttons you want to remove? Maybe you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Custom CSS tab, put the custom css there to hide the buttons. Otherwise, maybe some PHP code (override will be needed)

Some of the buttons are based on permissions and will disappear. Others won't without coding. I know I want some people to be able to only check people in, and not have the ability to send email, or other things. I made changes in the php file, but how does the override work? I tried creating an override folder and placing the code in there, but it doesn't seem to pick it up.

Hello
It's hard for you to create the override yourself. Maybe you can tell me what buttons you want to hide. I will try to write the code and guide you to upload to your site to have it works

I would like this too. I want people to be able to click on the checkin button, but not be able to edit registrant records or send mass emails, etc.
Have you benn able to write code for this?

Hello
In latest version of the extension, when you create a menu item to link to registrants management menu option, there is a parameter called Hide Buttons allows you to choose to Show/Hide the buttons you don't want to use
