Verification code not showing on Group registration was created by erixis
I have a Joomla 3.9.20. and Event Booking v 3.12.3 site set up. All is well, but when I create an event and allow Group registration, the Google verification code does not show, so the form can not be submitted.

The verification code shows on single registrant and it shows for password request and username request forms, as well as for contact forms.

Can anyone offer insight on why this might bee and how to fix it?

Hello

The main question here is what recaptcha plugin you are using? Please note that you can only use Joomla core captcha plugins (recaptcha or invisible recaptcha)

For captcha developed by third party developer, it might contains some extra javascript code need to be executed and might not work for group registration

I'm having the same issue - am running reCaptcha. Any help would be appreciated.

Group registration has the error. (ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key) Individual registration does not

There must be something wrong on your site causing this issue. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to group registration page so that I can check it
