configuration, all tabs in the same page

hello,
can somebody help about configuration page because now the page have all options and tab in only one page from general to custom css.
in the top there are all options separately but is not possible to tap because they are all reunited in the general page.

Look like there is some javascript conflict causing that error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to login to administrator area of your site so that we can check it
