Hi, over the last month we've had several people show up to our events with paid registrations that we didn't know about. They all paid with PayPal (our only other payment method is Offline, and those work fine), but we were never sent email notifications about their registrations and they weren't appearing in our Registrants dashboard.
I just discovered that if I enable "Show incomplete payment records" in the global settings, they will show up in the Registrants list as "Pending." However, the payments were completed successfully at the time of registrations, so what do we need to do to get the system to acknowledge immediately that these are complete registrations and let us know about them? Thanks!
