Group Registration Field not populating

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can help me with an issue I am having.

Currently my group registration fields are not populating, all that is displayed is Number Members, Members information ,Billing Information however users are not able to enter information. Individual registration fields are however displaying correctly.

I have confirmed the Ser Routers setting are Yes and that the shopping cart is not active.

Has anyone else had this issue? Or been able to resolve it?

From my experience, there is some javascript conflict causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to group registration page

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

This really depends on the site has the problem (what script causing the conflict)

There is no single script, sometime it depends on a script, sometime, it depends on a setting in template, sometime, it depends on third party plugins use on your site

So better, submit a support ticket sending us the requested information so that we can check to see which one causing the issue and solve it
