Creating new Joomla user

I have EB + Jomsocial. I have set User Registration to yes and enable the userprofile plugin, but it is not creating a new account in Joomla or Jomsocial. Is it possible that the name mapping is a problem? EB has first and last name fields, but Joomla and Jomsocial are only using one name field.

At least Joomla user account should be created. Could you please send us link to registration form so that I can take a look at it to see what's wrong?
