I just purchased your component and I cannot get information to populate the backend or the form that automatically comes to me when registration has occurred. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, I only have one category and 1 event. I put the event into the category however, when I look at the category view on the backend, it does not show that category having any events in it.
CAN ANYONE RESPOND TO ME????? ONCE YOU TRY TO REGISTER AND GO THROUGH THE PROCESS NO INFORMATION TRANSFERS TO THE COMPONENT "registrants" section NOR DOES IT SEND ANY INFO IN THE AUTORESPONDER.
