Is it necessary to repeat the event each edition? was created by Ismael Fuentes Cortés
Currently I am repeating the events (children). When we have a client registered and they have finished the course, if we re-activate the same event on a different date, the automatic emails notifying the proximity of the event are also sent to those who have finished the course. Can this be solved or do I have to open a new event every time a new course is published?
Thanks in advance

Hello
For a new course, you will need to create new event. To save time, you can just:
- Click on that existing event
- Change the date to the date of new course
- Press Save as Copy button in the toolbar

The question is, if I change the date in the same event and there have already been students in the course of the previous date, when the automatic warning emails of the previous days are sent, the emails that have already ended also arrive, that is to say those of the previous course.
