zoom tags missing

Hi
I've just created an even which includes a zoom meeting. I have enabled the plugin and built the app as described in the documents. I have inserted the token in the plugin. However, when I use the email tags as described in the documentation the tag does not convert. It just appears as a tag in the email. The tags do not appear in the available tags list in the configuration either.
Do I have to enable the tags in some way?

The main question here is when someone registers for the event like that, do you see them being added into zoom registrants?

Thanks for the quick reply. I wondered that too and checked. They hadn't been registered but your question prompted me to check the logs on Zoom. I firstly discovered that you need a paid account (So I subscribed), double checked the app settings and tried again.

It worked!
