Bug: No registration button if capacity zero was created by Stephan Hodges
If I have an event with a blank capacity and then I go back and edit the event, the capacity is set to zero. Subsequently, the registration button does not show up on the event detail.
Event Booking 3.12.2
Php 7.4.3
Apache
Database 5.7.28
Joomla 3.9.19
This is for a ZOOM event. Not tested to see if same thing happens with non-zoom events.
Steps I did
Create recurring event and leave "Capacity" blank.
- Set to register individuals only (to avoid Zoom problem with Group registration)
- Register button shows up on the event
Edit the recurring event parent and update children
After saving, the "Capacity" field is set to 0 (zero)
- Register button does NOT show up (unless we edit the capacity field to either blank or a positive number)
Workaround for Zoom meeting: Set capacity to a large number. Be sure to remember to update children too!
I think a zero or blank capacity should BOTH indicate "no limits" because it would never make sense to set the capacity to zero for an active event.

Hi Stephan
Zezo or blank will make event become "no limits" as you said, so I guess the issue causes by something else. If you have that issue, submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account
- Link to that event
I will check to see why registration is not possible and guide you to correct it
Regards,
Tuan

I didn't say zero would become "no limits". I said that blank was "no limits". When it changes to zero, OR, if I put zero in, then it does NOT show a "Register" button.
This happened with EVERY Zoom event. I didn't try and test regular events.
I will submit a support ticket.
