Waiting list email notifications

I have only just noticed (after years!) that the waiting list notification to registrant in group bookings are not being sent

Waiting List Confirmation Email - is being sent to the billing contact

Waiting List Notification Email - is being sent to the website administrator

Registrant Waiting List Notification Email - is not being sent but it is set up



Any ideas?

Hi Alison

Actually, you mis-understood the meaning of that message. That email message will be sent to all waiting list registrants when someone cancel his registration so that these waiting list people will be notified and can register for the event (to replace the cancelled person)

It's not the email sent to someone when he is joining the waiting list
