file upload custom field not display on reg detail page

I choice the file and upload,, but nothing happen
and go to the admin page check the Registrant Manager page
Just only display the select_file icon.
can you show me how to check the upload file location folder, thank you

That's strange to me. The file should be uploaded and displayed on that registration record edit page

In this case, there might be something wrong. you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the registration page

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted. Also, what browser you are using while registering for the event? Chrome, Firefox or Edge?
