Can't see actual event date for recurring events registrants

I set up a daily recurring event for the next two months. It is a pool reservation system for a yacht club, with four time blocs per day. We are going to need to ocassionally edit and delete registrants. But when you click on the registration, all you see is the parent event name. No event date or time. We need that in order to administer the system. Right now from the backend we have no idea what event date the person picked. To know the parent event is useful, but far from sufficient. We need to know which date and time slot the person signed up for. This surprised me. Did I miss something?

Never mind, I found it! But, instead of ordering by registration date, can we order by event date? In Themes/Events I set ordering to use that, but registrants management screen shows ordering by registration date. To have it ordered by event date is what we really need.
