Allow X-number of groups to register

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) I was looking into how I can manage group registrations (one group might be between 2 and 4 persons) and set a maximum on the number of teams which are allowed to register instead of on the number of persons in a team. E.g. I have only space for 10 groups of between 2 and 4 persons in my event (a tournament).

2) When allowing group registrations, I would like the persons who are being subscribed by the team leader to also receive a mail from the system (confirmation of subscription and later the reminder mail). In case the person who is being subscribed by someone else is already part of the "community" of my platform I would like the system to indicate the event in his list of "subscribed events". Is that somehow possible?

1. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to limit number of groups can register for an event. If you need that option, some customization to the code will be needed and it will cost you 70$ for the customization

2. You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Mail Settings section, set Send Confirmation Email To All Group Members config option to Yes and group members will receive confirmation email when the group is registered

For reminder emails, go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin Events Booking - Reminder, click on it to edit, make sure Send to group members parameter set to Yes and group members will receive reminder emails
