Can I export the whole configuration to import into another website?

Can I export the whole configuration to import into another website? was created by Vince Bodie
We have two websites that we want to utilize the same basic configuration. Is there a way to export all settings from one site and import them into the other site?

If you just want to export configuration data, then you just need to move the data from #__eb_configs table
