Mail empty after registering to an event

Since a couple of weeks, we have issues with mails sending to our clients & also the ones we receive after each subscription.
they are empty !
Even when we resend this mail it is still empty.
Any suggestions ?
I use latests joomla & EB.

Hi Mike

Edit the event, look at Messages tab, find User Email Body parameter, view source of the editor, check and make sure there is nothing entered (maybe there is some blank HTML tags there and it causes the error)

Save the event, then check it again. The issue should be sorted

Ok, this seems to work..
but even for new events we've made this is happening.
does this means we need to empty each time this message tab ??

What editor you are using? Maybe the editor has a setting to allow turning of that blank html tags like that from being populated automatically?

Problem more or less solved..
on my Mac it worked fine.. creating an event did not add any spaces to this message part.
But on my client it did..although she was using the same user account and as such the same editor.
After some research I saw she was using Safari version 13.0.5 and I'm using version 13.1 (on mine it worked fine, but not on hers)
So now she's using Chrome. and everything works fine !

Strange behaviour, but case closed I should say.
