No longer allowing registration before cutoff date

Suddenly, several of my events showing that they are no longer accepting registrations. These events were originally scheduled for April 18-19, but I rescheduled them due to the COVID situation.

Things I have tried:

1. Renaming the events
2. Clearing the cutoff date
3. Changing the cutoff date
4. Changing the Insert Event ID to Yes
5. Purge the URLs

None of those steps have helped. I searched and saw this issue has happened to others a couple of years ago. What was the fix? What other things should I try?

The only thing I see odd is "Unknown Event Booking update status" shown on the dashboard.

I just tried registering from my phone while not logged in and it works just fine. So, this appears to be related to being logged in as a user. I just update Community Builder and 5 other extensions. I cleared my internet cache; opened a new Chrome browser, and still no luck when logged in.

This issue is so strange. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
