Event Register Plugin : how to use it

i'm sorry, i didn't figure how to use this,
i understood that you need to insert :
{ebregister 1}
for example for the Event n°1, in your article,

maybe i do something wrong ?

Hi David

1. You need to install and publish the EB Register plugin (the file plug_ebregister.zip in the package) .

2. In the article which you want to enter registration form, using the syntax : {ebregister EVENT_ID}, for example, {ebregister 1 } will display registration for for event with ID = 1 within the article .

I'm very to say i couldn"t make it work,
despite the fact that i followed your instruction

installed the plugin, published it

and put {ebregister 1 } in the article

I have an event with id : 1

but in the article, it shows {ebregister 1 }

really can't see what i'm doing wrong here

maybe i have to do it in the html code (i tried that also though)

Please follow the instruction (images attached below) .

1. Make sure you install and published the plugin :

2. Enter the correct syntax in the article {ebregister 1}

3. In the article, you will see a form like that in the article :

If you are sure that you do all the steps correctly and the form is still displayed, it must be something special with your site. Please submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check the setting for you .

plugin published, event available and published, shortcode in the article with the right id...
