Event registration - "SMTP Error! Could not authenticate." was created by ci-zeto
Hello
I'm experience strange thing. On event registration form users fill e-mail, but message after registration does not reach only specific e-mail domain - other ones working good.
I'm using SMTP with SSL/TLS and authenticate SMTP (user and password). In Joomla global configuration testing message works without issues.
That strange thing is that after clicking registration button error message appears - "SMTP Error! Could not authenticate.", but only on Google Chrome that error does not appear (with identical e-mail while registration to event). Why error does not appear in Google Chrome?

Hello
That error message is Joomla system error message and is styled by your site template css. In case the error message is not displayed on Google Chrome, I guess there is some style issue with the template somehow and make the error message invisible (just guess base on your description only)
