Are there anyway to not display Fees? was created by johk
Hi,
Are there anyway not to show the Fee field and Transaction ID in the frontend and the emails sent to admin and users?
1.3 is working great especially that you can asign cusotm fields to multiple events.
Thanks,
J

Hi John
We will need to customize the code of the extension alilte. It will prevent you from update to future release (or we will have to customize it again everytime you upgrade to new version) .
If you really need it, please submit a support ticket contains administrator account and FTP account of your site so that I can modify the extension for you to meet your requirement .
Thanks,
Tuan

Thanks Tuan,
Rather than changing the templates is it possible to change the database to allow entering in text in the fee field – like “see above†or similar?
Thanks

Hi John
If you want to hide amount and transaction ID in the email, please get this file, unzip it and upload all the files to components/com_eventbooking/emailtemplates .
Thanks,
Tuan
PS : We will need to use the modified version of the code in this case because I don't want to include to many config options into the extension, It will make things confusing and complicated for other customers, who don't want to have this option (Infact, only you asked for this so far as I know)

OK I see you commented out the fields in the template that is not required. Sorry didn’t realize that there were a template for them thqat you can adjust.
Are there any way to find out what variables ie EB_COMMENT, EB_MEMBERS_INFORMATION etc that are available – not that I need it now but could be something worth knowing ïŠ
Thanks,
j
