Hi Allen
1. There is a small problem when the text is long. I added some custom css and it looks good now
2. Edit the email field, set Display In to ALL, then check it again, it should work well. You can collect other fields for members if needed, just edit the field, change Display In parameter to the value you want. See
eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...-display-in-property to understand more about it
3. Currently, we do not allow fitering by categories because usually, on the page, the system will display events from a pre-selected category. But I can see the use-case now, and will try to support it in the future releases
4. Do you have sample style you like? If Yes, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to the page, plus link to the page which has the style you like. We can add some css to make it works in the way you want
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Thanks for your reply. You are very accommodating!
Actually, what I figured out is that the EB front end simply needs more space than is available when I have to devote a whole side panel to get the Categories module to display. A better solution for me is to use a megamenu builder to create my own menu to sit on top of the component that allows me to create search filters myself. Please see my new modifications at www.certifiedinfosec.com/event-calendar/find-events .
Joomshaper's template and pagebuilder work great for native page builder pages, but works poorly with regular independent components running on top of its template instead. it has crap formatting for non-page builder joomla modules and menus, and can even destroy formatting that your component might try to apply itself.
Another question - How do I make a new offline payment method? I need to have two different off-line payment methods since one provides an invoice with international wire transfer instructions in the return email, and another needs to provide domestic USA ACH transfer instructions. For my virtuemart store, I was able to create two different "standard" payment plugins. VM allows me to create a new payment method using an existing library of plugins. What about yours?
