Mass mail - error

Hello,
When I try to send an email, I receive the message:

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ORDER BY ordering' at line 4"

What is the error?

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the error happens and get it sorted
