Disable specific emails

Good morning,

Is there a way to disable sending specific emails? I have set "send notification emails" to "only registrants" but admins and event creators still get emails. I know I can change the body and text of those emails but can I disable them individually? If I empty their body and subject will they be disabled?

Just empty subject of the email and it won't be sent. It's applied the same for all emails in the extension
