Custom field time duration

On some categories of events we would like to create a field showing the duration of an event ie Endtime - Starttime.
I can't see in custom fields how to define a field with time (hh:ss).
Has anybody ever tried this?

Just create event custom fields (type Text) and enter the text you want there to display that event duration

Is it possible to calculate this field from the Start and End times of the event
ie duration = eventenddatetime-eventstartdatetime
eg duration is 3 if eventstartdatetime is 20mar2020:17:00:00 and eventenddatetime is 20mar2020:14:00:00

Unfortunately, it's not possible. The extension does not support calculation field like that
