nothing happens on click of Process Registration for Offline Payment

I've created an Event that only has offline payment. When a user clicks on Process Registration, nothing happens. what am I missing?

The registration should be processed. In case it does not happen, there might be some javascript conflict. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
