i use sh404sef also but don't think it's the issue

You don't have to pay, of course. Do you see a menu item to Customer Area in the top right of my website ? Click on this menu item you will see a section called Support tickets. You can then use this support ticket system to send me information of your site. Give me administrator account, please !
