Group registrations not working for larger groups

When a group of around 5-7 or more people register to attend an event, we get the following message;

This page isn’t working www.#######.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

The group registration works fine for groups of 3 people and there are no problems at all with individual registrations.

However for the larger numbers no tickets are sent and the page just seems to fail. However the registrations are there in the back-end of the system, with the tickets..

This has been reported on a couple of the sites I use the plug-in on.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Maybe it's because you are having too many fields collected for each member and server prevent the form data from being submitted?

In this case, I guess you can contact your hosting provider, ask them to increase the value of memory_limit and max_execution_time would help

There's not too much information being collected but I'll give that a go as a first step.

I've checked and the memory_limit is 32MB and I increased the max_execution_time to 90 seconds from 30.

I'm still getting the 500 error.

Any other ideas?

32MB is still too low. Try to increase it to 128B, then check it again
