CSV export - Group Billing Bookings - Missing names and Ticket numbers was created by Graham S. Jarvis
Hello,
I need to export ALL the names of those who are registered for an event.
When I do the export I only see one name even though the #Registrants column show "2".
Also for those with group billing the ticket number(s) are not exported.
How do I get the full list of event attendees?
This is for security reasons - the event organiser will refuse entry if the person is not on the list that I export.
Thanks,
-Graham-

Hi Graham
Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Export Registrants Settings tab, set:
- Export Group Billing Records to No
- Export Group Member Records to Yes
Then check it again. The export should given the data you expect

I did this and that's what I wanted
- Thanks.
Now another question:
When I manually registered people via the back-end I chose the number of registrants.
- Is there a way of entering multiple names when the number of registrants is > 1
Otherwise, on the export list the number of names is not the number of registrants/tickets.
For this particular event - for security reasons - the organisers (the Embassy) want all the names of the registrants. So they don't really like having Mr X with a ticket that can be scanned twice.
Any ideas?

Hi Graham
First, you will have to save the record with Number Registrants > 1
Then edit the registration record again, you will be able to enter group members information
