Auto registration is triggering subsequent auto registrations - need some ideas

Hallo JoomDonation Team,

i have following task:

I have 2 courses where people can register for ("Course_A" / "Course_B")
When registering for one of them thei should automatically be registered for a training sesstion "Training" which is the same date for both courses.
This is no problem using the "auto register" plugin in A or B.

Aditionally there is a special offer Course_A+B (also with the same training date.)
So I create a Event which auto registers for A and B and the Trainig.

The problem, A and B also regsiter Training also when autoregistering to them.


In the End...
When someone register one single time for the special offer A+B I have a immediately registrations for...

to much

So, the person is registered 3 times for the Training session...


Any Idea how to solve this?


One idea is to NOT trigger another subsequent auto registration inside an event by a auto registration.

Unfortunately, this is complicated case and we don't have a solution for that. For this, somehow, you will have to find a way to customize auto register plugin to prevent this behavior.
