Can attendees download their ticket from registration history?(not working here)

Hi

Can attendees download their ticket(s) from registration history in user profile (together with the ticket being send bu mail)?

I can only download the Invoice from registration history in user profile.
The download of ticket(s) is not working here.

Ticket can be downloaded from history unless there is something wrong with the setting. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- A registrant account which is having this issue
- Link to the history page

We will check to see why there is no link to download ticket and get it sorted
