Unknown Event Booking update status was created by Snrc Webadmin
Hi -
since the last update to 3.10.6 our EventBooking Dashboard shows the update status as "Unknown Event Booking update status".
Our subscription ends in April 2020, so that should not be the issue.

Is there a way to fix this?

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can check to see why it happens and get it sorted?
