when try to import or export registrants, receive this error messagge:
jos-Error: ZipArchive not found

Just contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable Zip library for your hosting account php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php and it will be fine

installed now by the hosting provider, but don't work, same error

Hi Andrea

If the same error still happens, that mean the library is not successfully installed/enabled yet

You need to ask your hosting provider to check it again. If it's properly installed/configured, the ZipArchive class will be available

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check that ourself to see if the library is enabled
