Error Installation Extension

Hello,
I can install new extansion events booking in my joomla but any error message 'Unable to find install package'. I have hosted joomla on 000webhost,
how can i fix it?

Maybe you forgot to unzip the package before installing (note the name of the downloaded zip file has unzip_first in it)

Please follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting-started/installation to install the extension. If you cannot get it installed, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can install it for you
