Questions about Waitinglist was created by Marno Tiede
Hello,
I have a few questions about the waitinglist:
1. Is there a chance to display the waitinglist for an event in frontend like the registrants list?
2. We need a cancel button for the waitinglist. There is no button in the registrants history view. I can't find a field in the configuration to turn on. Is this not possible?
3. If a user cancels his registration, the first registrant of the waitinglist takes automaticly his place in the registrant list. Or get the registrant of the waitinglist only a email-message and the first registrants who logged in get the free place in registrants list?
Thank you

Hello
1. This is not supported at the moment
2. It's not supported, too. But something we can try to support for in the future
3. You can use this plugin eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/miscell...e-registrants-plugin and first waiting list users will be moved into the system as registrants

Hello Tuan,
thank you for the quick answers.
A few users have registered on the waiting list for one event, but these users could register two or more times in this list. I switched on the setting " no double register for one event". Is this setting not also for the waiting list of these event?

I would say that it should. For this, could you please help us by submitting a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account of the site
- A user account which joined waiting list but can still join waiting list again
- Link to the page which he can join waiting list
I will check to see why it happens and get it sorted
