Where can I find the setting about where to display the time in 12 hour format or 24 hour format?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, change:

- Event Date Format
- Time Format

To have 24 hours format displayed. Basically, change g:i a to H:i, see www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php for list of supported parameters
