Rendering issue with no checkbox for agreement to store data

Hi folks,
i use a yootheme pro template that more or less relays on the uikit definition. So this is my main configuration setting for events booking component.
Unfortunately this seems to lead into a bug with the reistration form as you can see in the screenshot here .

Even when i change to Twitter Bootstrap Version 4/3/2 i also get no ceckbox to accept the privacy policy but for the newsletter and the terms and condition are shown. But i need the UIKIT option

So i have no idea how to get the necessary checkboxes to enable a correct registration process.
Any help appreciated!

It's a small css conflict between the extension and your site template css. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to that page

We will add some custom css to get the issue sorted

When you use different frontend framework (such as UIKIT3 in your case), you need to set Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end config option to No

We did that and it's working well now. Please go to your site to check it and confirm
