Did you install and publish the plugin plug_cartupdate.zip in the package ? This plugin need to be installed and published in order to make the multiple booking feature work .

Please make sure :
1. You are using latest version of the extension .
2. You installed and published the Events Booking - Cart Update plugin (the file plug_cartupdate.zip) in the package .
Maybe you should submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check the settings for you .

Activate Shopping cart feature : If you want your's registrants to be able to register for serveral events within one checkout, set Activate Shopping cart config option to Yes. If you enable this feature, please install and publish the cart update plugin (the file plug_cartupdate.zip in the package). Note: when you enable this feature, the Individual + Group registration option will be removed and the system will work much like a shopping cart system.
