Problem processing multiple booking...

Love the new feature allowing for multiple event registration and payment in 1.3, however - when registering for multiple events and paying via paypal, only the first registered event shows up in the backend registrants. Seems to work fine when processing payment offline. Only seems to occur when processing via paypal. Please advise.

Did you install and publish the plugin plug_cartupdate.zip in the package ? This plugin need to be installed and published in order to make the multiple booking feature work .

I'm having a similar problem, but not using PayPal. Free events. I've un-installed and re-installed the module, and activated it. The cart contents are listed before checkout confirmation. and before Process Registration. However, the confirmation message online and the email only show the first event.

Please make sure :

1. You are using latest version of the extension .

2. You installed and published the Events Booking - Cart Update plugin (the file plug_cartupdate.zip) in the package .

Maybe you should submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check the settings for you .

Hi Nicolas. It is mentioned in tutorial document already. Here are the text in the tutorial documents :

Activate Shopping cart feature : If you want your's registrants to be able to register for serveral events within one checkout, set Activate Shopping cart config option to Yes. If you enable this feature, please install and publish the cart update plugin (the file plug_cartupdate.zip in the package). Note: when you enable this feature, the Individual + Group registration option will be removed and the system will work much like a shopping cart system.
