Recurring events not working

Hi Support,

I have been experiencing the same problem for several months now. I am creating a recurring event but after a week of being published the event now links to a previous event. E.g. I created a Wednesday 7.30pm recurring event but when you click on the 7.30pm event it takes you to the 6.15pm event. The event has a different name and alias so I have no idea why this is happening. It always happens on the Wednesday events I try to create? Please help as it is causing me hours of unnecessary admin. Thank you.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error so that we can check and correct it?

May I ask one more question, when I create a parent event the child events are only open for registration a week before they happen. I imagine there is something in the configuration panel that I can set to allow registration from the date the parent event is created or to set each child event to allow booking at least 4 weeks before. I have looked through the config panel but I can't see where to change the registration options. Any advice would be great. Thank you

Maybe it's because you set Registration Start Date For the parent event? Then each event has Registration Start Date set to (calculated by difference between event date and Registration Start Date of the parent event)

Empty the Registration Start Date of parent event might solve the issue
